What items can be returned?
Every item you purchase from BuyUs.pk is returnable.
How it is applied?
If you receive any damaged, expired, or fake item, then you have the right to claim your refund within 7 days.
What is the time to receive a return on products?
Only requests made within 3 days via WhatsApp after collection will be tolerated; the rest will automatically be disqualified.
On the approved returns: If it takes more than 7 – 10 working days for a refund. You are allowed not to take any legal action against BuyUs.pk as it might be in the process.
